This Privacy Policy explains how Yogtra Systems Private Limited (“Yogtra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with this website, yogtra.com (the “Site”).

It covers this website only. Our individual products and apps, where and when we offer them, are provided through their own separate sites and have their own separate privacy policies — for example, the Tithi24×7 app privacy policy, Fenrick app privacy policy, and Cashflow24×7 app privacy policy.

1. Who we are

2. The short version

This is a simple informational website. There are no accounts to create, nothing is sold here, and we don’t ask you to build a profile. We collect almost no personal data — only what you choose to send us when you get in touch.

3. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write to us.
• Basic technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the Site secure and running. We don’t use these to identify you.
• Cookies. This Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies today. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy and seek consent where the law requires it.
• Local storage. We use your browser’s local storage to remember one thing: your light/dark display preference. It stays on your device, isn’t sent to us, and identifies no one.
• Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them; that request is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

4. How we use information

We use the information you send us only to reply to you and to operate, maintain, and secure the Site, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run the Site (for example, our website host and email provider), and where we are required to by law.

6. Data retention

We keep the messages you send us only as long as we need them to assist you and for our ordinary business records, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner — see below.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us — for example, this Site is served over HTTPS, and access to messages we receive is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw any consent you’ve given us.
