This policy covers the Tithi24x7 mobile app (“the app”), published by Yogtra Systems Private Limited. It is separate from the yogtra.com website privacy policy, which covers this website only.
In short: the app works entirely offline, keeps everything on your device, and sends nothing to us or anyone else.
Information the app uses
Location (optional). If you tap “Use my location”, the app reads your device’s GPS location once to identify your nearest city and calculate the panchang (sunrise, tithi, muhurat, etc.) for that place. This location is used only on your device and is never transmitted, stored on a server, or shared. The app does not track your location in the background.
You do not have to grant location access. The manual city picker lets you choose any city and use every feature of the app without location permission.
Your settings. Your chosen city, theme, and calendar preferences are saved locally on your device (standard app storage) so the app remembers them between launches. They are not uploaded anywhere.
Information the app does NOT collect
- No account or sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising identifiers.
- No ads.
- No personal data sent to us or any third party.
- Nothing is sold or shared.
Data retention
Everything the app stores stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Children
The app contains only calendrical information and is suitable for all ages.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new “last updated” date.
