These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of yogtra.com (the “Site”), operated by Yogtra Systems Private Limited (“Yogtra”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

These Terms cover this website only. Our individual products and apps, where offered, have their own separate terms.

Yogtra Systems Private Limited is a technology company registered in India (CIN U62099OD2026PTC053922, GSTIN 21AACCY2225J1ZM, Udyam UDYAM-OD-19-0167245). This Site is an informational website about our studio and our work.

2. Using the Site

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

9. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Yogtra regarding the Site, and supersede any earlier understanding on the same subject. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at any time isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later.
