Cashflow24x7 — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yogtra Systems Private Limited (“Yogtra”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Cashflow24x7 mobile application (“the app”), an app built and designed by Yogtra. By downloading, accessing, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.

1. The service

Cashflow24x7 is a personal-finance and expense-tracking app. It lets you record income and expenses, manage accounts and budgets, track net worth, split and settle shared expenses, and optionally suggest transactions from your bank’s alert SMS. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@yogtra.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• The app offers free features and optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features.
• Subscriptions are sold and processed through Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions, not inside the app.
• Prices, plans, and features may change. Where a change affects an active subscription, Google Play will notify you as required, and any increase will not take effect until your next renewal, subject to your consent where required.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable law. We do not separately process payments and cannot issue Play refunds directly.
• If a subscription is not active, premium features are simply unavailable; the free features continue to work.

4. Automatic SMS transaction capture (optional)

If you grant the SMS permission, the app reads bank/payment transaction alerts on your device to suggest transaction entries. You acknowledge:

• This feature is a convenience aid, not a system of record. Parsing is automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete (wrong amount, date, category, or a missed/duplicated message).
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming every suggested entry before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions made on unreviewed or misparsed data.
• SMS is processed on-device and never transmitted to us — see the Privacy Policy. The feature is optional; the app is fully usable without it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend systems;
• use the app to access or process anyone else’s data without authorization; or
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

7. Your data and content

• You own the financial data and content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, sync, and display that data solely to provide the app to you (including syncing to household/split members you invite).
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including any details of other people you add (e.g. household or split members).
• Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The app — including its software, design, branding, “Cashflow24x7” and “Yogtra” names and logos, and all related content — is owned by Yogtra and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal use, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services, including Google Play (distribution and billing), Supabase (backend and storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Sentry (crash diagnostics). Your use of the app may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data (including SMS-parsed or synced data) will always be accurate or preserved. You are responsible for keeping your own records.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogtra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, savings, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000 (or its equivalent). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, except where a mandatory consumer-protection forum applies.

15. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Yogtra regarding the app, and supersede any earlier understanding on the same subject. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at any time isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later.
